Sole engineer for a fintech platform: architecture, implementation, infrastructure and releases.
- Built a TypeScript, Nuxt and Nitro platform with service management, a customer portal, a product catalog and Telegram integrations.
- Migrated PHP data and services in stages using ETL, parallel reads and reconciliation. Decoupled copy-trading workers from PHP; portal migration remained in progress.
- Brought payments, recurring subscriptions, refunds and access provisioning into one billing flow, with payment-to-access reconciliation.
- Rewrote copy-trading workers for Binance, Bybit and Finam with shadow runs, tests and a trading gate for database schema readiness.
- Moved Matrix to a cloud worker with idempotent commands, broker reconciliation, leases and pausing on uncertain state. Prepared a paid subscription and public offer for launch; Matrix remained in production testing.
- Established AI-assisted work through specifications, architectural decisions, review and CI; set up Forgejo. Enabled Docker build caching; a measured repeat build with a warm cache took 3 min 30 s.
